Communication to our technical partners in hospitals and laboratories: launch of new HD architecture

In the context of various policy-supporting scientific data collections or "registers", your institution uses the services of healthdata.be (Sciensano, formerly known as the Scientific Institute of Public Health), including the application HD4DP 1.15.x ("healthdata.be for data providers"). With this communication we want to inform you about the deployment of HD4DP 2.0 in the second quarter of 2020. For this deployment we ask for your cooperation.

Diensten

De dienst healthdata.be biedt de volgende diensten aan: a) het ter beschikkingstelling van gepseudonimiseerde gegevens uit het datawarehouse, b) het migreren naar het healthdata.be-platform van bestaande gepseudonimiseerde gegevensverzamelingen bij zorgactoren en c) de operationalisatie van nieuwe gepseudonimiseerde gegevensverzamelingen bij zorgactoren.

Software

Healthdata.be ontwikkelt software om de registratie van gezondheidsgegevens te faciliteren: HD4DP aan de kant van de gegevensverstrekker, en HD4RES aan de kant van de ontvanger of projectverantwoordelijke. De verzending van gegevens vanuit HD4DP naar HD4RES verloopt via eHealthbox batch codage.

Information Security & Privacy

Both technical and non-technical measures are taken within the healthdata.be team to ensure privacy protection of the patient, the carer and medical confidentiality.

Cookbook available for integration of "healthdata for primary care" (HD4PrC) in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software

Next to the architecture for hospitals and laboratories, healthdata.be has developed an architecture to facilitate data collections from various primary care actors: healthdata for primary care (HD4PrC).
