Instructions for the use or administration of the medication, e.g. dose and route of administration. In the event of medication use, this is the pattern of use established by the patient or which the patient followed. This is a partial information model

NameInformation

Name information includes a person's given names, nickname, last name and possibly the partner's last name. This is a partial information model.

Product

The prescribed substance is usually medication. However, medical aids and bandages can also be prescribed and supplied via the pharmacy. Food and blood products do not strictly belong in the medication category, but can be prescribed and supplied by a pharmacy as well.

ObjectifDeTraitement

The treatment objective describes the desired result of the treatment/interventions in terms of the patient’s diagnosed problem. The objective and target date are entered in addition to the target value. Comparing the healthcare results to the treatment objective provides insight into the effectivity of the treatment/interventions.

FonctionVésicale

The primary function of the bladder is temporary storage of urine. A second important function of the bladder is secretion of the stored urine at the moment there is cause to do so. These functions can be disrupted due to various causes.

Brûlure

A burn wound is a wound caused by skin being exposed to heat for a certain time above a certain critical temperature. Heat above this critical temperature (+/- 40°C) will cause damage to the skin. There are different types of burn wounds, which are categorized according to the depth of the burn wound.

ChecklistPainBehavior

The CPB (Checklist Pain Behaviour) is a pain assessment tool, that is used to assess pain in children with a limited expressive repertoire or with a profound cognitive impairment, by observing their behaviour. The CPB has ten observations that need te be addressed. The final score indicates whether the observed child suffers pain and 'how much'. The score is often combined with a VAS score that is completed by the nurses on basis of clinical experience.

ComfortScale

The Comfort Behaviour scale /Comfortneo scale is an assessment tool, that is used to assess the pain behaviour of neonates (new born).
The Comfort Behaviour scale has 7 observation points that that need to be addressed. For each on observation is value is assigned from a 5-point scale, the final score indicates whether the observed child suffers pain and 'how much'. The score is combined with an NRS score that is completed by the nurses on basis of clinical experience.

FonctionIntestinale

An important function of the rectum in particular is the temporary storage and excretion of feces, at the moment there is cause to do so. Disrupting the bowel functions can lead to fecal incontinence and constipation.

Ce Pacte d’avenir prévoit le développement d’un système d’expertise des registres de patients, permettant une communication mutuelle entre les registres, « analogue à la collecte plus efficace des données épidémiologiques par le biais de healthdata.be, sur la base de propositions de la European Medicines Agency et des États-membres européens, en collaboration avec nos partenaires de l’UE, et dans le respect de la vie privée ».
